Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we have had to postpone our landowners dinner as well as our AGM from earlier this month to, hopefully, early September. If it’s possible for September the AGM date would be Sept 3, 2020, Landowner Dinner also to be determined. Updates and/or confirmation will follow over the summer months. We would like to take this opportunity to remind our member clubs and volunteers that all club and/or district meetings and trail work shall be postponed indefinitely, and until further notice.
All officials are recommending that everyone stay home as much as possible and non essential travel and work be stopped. In addition as of March 28th, 2020, the provincial government has prohibited gatherings of 5 or more people. We encourage you to stay home and practice established social distancing protocols. These precautions are necessary to protect the health of our volunteers and their families and our communities.
Please communicate these instructions with your volunteers as soon as possible. There will be plenty of time to do this work. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at marketing@ofsc.on.ca.
